Benchline Reports uses contributor and reviewer attribution to make research accountability visible. Named expert reviewers are added only after credentials, scope, and conflicts are documented.
Current editorial desk
Samuel Huang
Responsible for Benchline Reports ownership, publishing infrastructure, research-domain operations, and maintaining the public evidence workflow.
Benchline Editorial Desk
Used for research pages produced through Benchline's documented methodology rather than a named outside contributor.
Open reviewer roles
Benchline is building a roster of named reviewers for categories where subject-matter review materially improves buyer confidence.
Academic Reviewer
Open seat for a PhD or equivalent researcher who can review methodology, evidence quality, and category claims.
Clinical or Technical Reviewer
Open seat for an MD, engineer, security specialist, or domain expert where category risk requires technical review.
Industry Operator Reviewer
Open seat for an operator with direct experience buying, implementing, or evaluating category solutions.
Reviewer criteria
- Real identity and credentials must be verifiable.
- Reviewer scope must be limited to categories they can evaluate.
- Conflicts, sponsorship, affiliate relationships, or vendor ties must be disclosed.
- Reviewer input should improve accuracy, not serve as decorative authority.
- Named reviewer pages should include biography, scope, disclosure, and reviewed articles.
